Hand Lettering

These are a few personal hand lettering pieces I've worked on in my own time using a combination of sketching, photoshop, illustrator and procreate.

WeightWatchers for Menopause

In 2025, WeightWatchers launched WeightWatchers for Menopause, a science-backed program supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. The program combines tailored nutrition, lifestyle guidance, community support, and access to menopause-trained clinicians, including medical options where available. The launch marked a major expansion into women’s health, with Queen Latifah named as spokesperson to help bring visibility and trust to the initiative.

As part of the campaign, I led the design and execution of motion graphics for paid media, creating high-performing static and video ads, including a Hulu pause ad. I also helped establish the visual foundation for lifecycle emails that members received after enrolling, ensuring a cohesive and polished experience across all channels.

WeightWatchers Site & Paid Promo Ads

This page showcases a series of paid promos across mobile and web, where I illustrated and animated custom GIFs for seasonal sales on Weight Watchers memberships. The work focused on creating eye-catching, platform-appropriate visuals that enhanced the message, felt cohesive across devices, and performed effectively in both phone and website environments.

WeightWatchers Logo Animation

As a senior brand designer at Weight Watchers, I explored logo animation concepts for end cards to fill a gap in the brand’s visual system. With no existing motion guidance, I developed animations that felt intentional, on-brand, and adaptable. This gave the logo a clear, polished presence at the close of each piece and established a foundation for future motion use.

MAX: Barbie Movie Promo GFX

Hi Barbie! By now you’ve probably watched the movie after all the craze and memorized the choreography and all the words to every song, I know I have. And if you’re like me, you can never know too much.

These two videos were created to introduce the Max audience to the cast of Barbie by having them answer a variety of questions and play a game of this or that about themselves and the film. The client wanted the look and feel of the video to be bright and colorful, just like Barbie.

I designed three options for the graphics and included elements for each below.

Warner Brothers Discovery: Upfronts 2023

Warner Bros. Discovery held its upfront presentation at the Theater at Madison Square Garden May 17 in New York.

Casey Bloys, chairman and CEO, HBO and HBO Max content, called Sam Levinson drama The Idol provocative, and also teased a new season of True Detective, Kate Winslet drama The Regime and Robert Downey Jr. spy series The Sympathizer.

In my role as a senior designer on the Global Brand Creative Team at WBD, I iterated templates and expanded thumbnails to ensure optimal fit and alignment.

HBO: A Black Lady Sketchshow Motion Flipbook

HBO Original A Black Lady Sketchshow is known for serving the best looks every season. For season four, our team was tasked to create a motion flipbook visualizing different hairstyles throughout the episodes. The final piece was designed by my fellow designer, Dauly Cuello. My design boards were inspired by the key art of the show and are posted below. Animation was done by Max Richardson and I.

HBO: Succession Season 4 Promo GFX

For the final season of HBO Original show, Succession, a Pinterest idea ad and Tiktok post were created to promote the show. I designed title cards based off of the sleek design of the show logo. The client decided to go with a text only approach for the final delivery.

Discovery Plus: Instapage Header Reel

This reel was created to be placed on the welcome page before logging into Discovery+ on mobile devices and computers. It was used to showcase the different programs on the platform and convince new users to sign up. I worked alongside my creative director as we both navigated 3D animation for the first time.

HBO: Barry Season 4 Promo GFX

In anticipation of the newest and last season of HBO Original show, Barry, a set of social videos were created using kinetic typographic animation to promote the show. I was tasked to work on Genes Pro Acting tips. I’ve included two other videos below as examples from the set.

Noho Hank + Fuches Motion Designers: Katherine Jimenez + Filippo Vaccari

HGTV: Digital GFX Rebrand

This package for HGTV digital was crafted to refresh previous packages for social and sponsored video. The objective was to align stylistically with how we approach the creation of digital identities while connecting back to the HGTV brand spirit.

The conceptual approach to this design package uses the triangle from the HGTV logo as a jumping off point. The graphics are defined by the use of geometric shapes coming together to form images and textures.

I designed the patterns used in the endcards for the package and product review images on the HGTV website. I was also tasked to create a neutral color palette to use in instances when the brand colors wouldn’t work with elements over footage.

Food Network: Ready Jet Cook

Jet Tila, a celebrated chef and Food Network star, is known for his storytelling through food. With appearances on Iron Chef America, Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, and hosting Ready Jet Cook, he's deeply rooted in the culinary world.

I was tasked with animating the logo for Ready Jet Cook, where Jet Tila shares his favorite go-to recipes and shops at his family's grocery store.

Discovery Plus: Love Games Instagram Story Templates

Heard of 90-day Fiancé? Of course, you have. This set of templates was created for use in Instagram stories. The goal was to have social play-along games as a companion to the linear show, Love Games, a tournament-style 90-Day Fiancé game show streaming on Discovery Plus.

Food Network: Hot List 2022

Food Network’s “Hot List” got off to a sizzling start in its inaugural run. In this first-of-its-kind, cross-social campaign, we announced our selection of 12 must-watch food stars in a daily countdown event that ran from December 20, 2021 through New Year’s Eve.

Each day, we rolled out brand-new "hot" content to introduce fans to our picks and showcase why we selected them.

Content included: 215 total posts, 12 Q&As, 7 reposted TikToks, 10 Instagram takeovers and 8 exclusive demos.

I designed and animated the graphics for this digital series from title cards, lower thirds, Instagram story and Facebook post templates. We also had printed graphics on thank you cards and aprons to send out to the talent featured.

Food Network: Food Network Obsessed Podcast

Each week on Food Network Obsessed, host Jaymee Sire sits down with your favorite chefs, food influencers and Food Network personalities to dish on all things delicious in the food world. From exclusive behind-the-scenes stories and tales of first (and worst) jobs in food to cooking fails and culinary triumphs, no topic is off the menu. Whether you’re a superfan of Food Network or a super foodie, you’re going to want to hear this!

I designed waveform templates to be posted on social media for this podcast weekly. I also collaboratively worked on a sizzle to promote the podcast.

Discovery Plus: Logo Concepts

There’s always been confusion between Discovery, Inc. and the Discovery Channel. The Discovery channel is no longer the audience-driver in the portfolio. The objective here is to modernize and differentiate the Discovery corporate brand to make clear that the company is so much more than the Discovery Channel.

I created logo concepts using colors of the brands under Discovery Inc. and the plus symbol. I then created style frame options for the logo that was selected in the end.

Food Network: Guy's Grocery Games | Flavortown Replay

The graphics for this show hosted by Guy Fieri were created to have a play by play feel, like in football, on favorite episodes from GGG.

Food Network: Digital GFX Rebrand

The conceptual approach to this design package uses the circle part of the Food Network logo as a jumping off point. The graphics are defined by the use of the combination of circular and geometric shapes coming together to build images and textures. 

This package was created to build consistency for Food Network digital and to differentiate it from Food Network Kitchen. Its objective was to standardize the branding for all social media platforms and connect it with the Food Network site.

I designed the patterns used throughout the package. I was also tasked to create designs that could inspire the need for house ads and social posts. I’ve included some examples of elements I designed as well.

You know who you are. You eat, breathe and live HGTV. You have a favorite property brother and always pick the right house on House Hunters. You’re HGTV Obsessed, and this podcast is for you.

Discovery Plus: Black Voices GFX

The Black Voices hub came into the Discovery Plus universe in 2022 to shine upon shows and movies with black representation. This graphics package was based off of a design toolkit created by my Creative Director. I created title cards, lower thirds and end cards that were used on social platforms to promote the Black Voices hub.

Food Network Kitchen: Paids Advertisements

It's common to find oneself in a culinary routine, but for the Food Network team, assisting you in breaking free is second nature. Guiding people through kitchen endeavors is our specialty, and we excel at it. For a plethora of cooking inspiration and guidance, look no further than the Food Network Kitchen app—a comprehensive hub for all your Food Network favorites.

We urge you to explore the Kitchen app, where you can participate in live cooking sessions from the comfort of your home, led by our network's esteemed hosts, and access a treasure trove of over 80,000 recipes.

In my role as a Motion Designer at Discovery Inc., I curated images, edited, and animated videos for Food Network Kitchen's paid advertisements. These ads were meticulously crafted using assets akin to the Food Network Kitchen social infographics, ensuring brand coherence and instant recognition.

Here are three sets of stickers that were created for the TLC shows “I Love a Mama’s Boy”, “1000-lb Sisters” and “Extreme Sisters” to use on Instagram stories for promotion of the shows.

Food Network: The Dia De los Muertos Menu

In this 5 episode series, Keli Rosa Cabunoc Romero explores some of the history, stories, and culinary traditions surrounding the Dia De los Muertos Holiday. At her local community center in San Antonio, Texas, she interviews some of her favorite chefs to swap stories and learn how to prepare their favorite Dia De los Muertos dishes. From tamales to churros, these recipes are celebratory and rooted in a range of both Indigenous and Mexican traditions.

This digital series follows Yadira Garcia, who has dedicated her life to creating green thumb humans and introducing them to a natural approach to hearty traditional cuisines. Naturally Yadi is an entertaining, educational show which inspires natural, fresh, and tasty Dominican dishes.

Chalk Point Kitchen: Marketing

Chalk Point Kitchen had a farm-to-table aesthetic and the restaurant’s goal was to attract the younger generation to come and dine with us. To promote this, I created custom stickers, merchandise, street posters, and social posts that had a more vibrant and lively look and feel to them.

Food Network: While the Water Boils

While the Water Boils was a pitch from Food Network Digital to have interviews with some get-to-know-you games and peppered questions while talent boiled water for tea, coffee, or pasta (a basic food item that required boiling water).

Dance meets design in this digital series starring professional choreographer-turned-designer Adar Kirkham. Adar brings her interior design skills with a small budget and just 24 hours. She completely revamps rooms that are in desperate need of a splash of style.

In this IGTV-exclusive digital series, rental and design expert Patti Wagner helped tenants make their design dreams a reality without breaking the bank or losing their security deposit.

Gifted: To NY from NY

This is an animation I worked on for Times Square Alliance to announce its Holiday Market to people working around the city. The ad was shown through Captivate lobby and elevator media, which shows content to upscale professionals in premier office towers across the U.S. and Canada resulting in meaningful connections among viewers, brands and their buildings.

Food Network Kitchen: Infographics

The Food Network Kitchen Instagram page is a lively platform dedicated to celebrating food with stunning photography, recipes, cooking tips, and behind-the-scenes glimpses. It features a diverse range of cuisines and cooking styles, appealing to both seasoned chefs and novice cooks. The page also highlights talented chefs and personalities, creating an engaging community for food lovers worldwide.

These infographics were crafted as part of a series for Food Network Kitchen, designed to be shared across their social media channels. They aimed to streamline recipes for easy saving by users. The vibrant style and colorful palette were inspired by existing elements within Food Network Kitchen's branding.

These are a collection of gifs designed for Food Network for use during easter, the Superbowl and march madness. They were based off the fun and colorful vibe of the Food Network Snapchat page.

Food Network Kitchen: Takeout Twins

I had the privilege of designing assets for a digital series that aired on Food Network Kitchen, called Takeout Twins. The series took viewers inside some of their favorite celebrities' kitchens, with the Potash twins teaching them how to make their favorite takeout dishes. At the conclusion of each episode, the twins and celebrity guests ordered the same dish they prepared from a takeout restaurant and performed a comparison test.

Times Square Alliance: 2018 Ball Drop

Before the iconic Times Square New Year's Eve numerals go up to the top of One Times Square, where they light up when the ball drops to mark the beginning of the new year, their first stop is on Duffy Square. People from all across the globe come to New York to celebrate New Year’s Eve and take pictures with the numerals to create memories they’ll always cherish.

Times Square Alliance: Love in Times Square

There's no better place to say "I love you" than Times Square. On Valentine’s Day every year, New Yorkers and visitors alike declare their love and celebrate their relationships at the crossroads of the world through surprise proposals, a wedding in the heart of Times Square, and a vow renewal ceremony on Duffy Square's iconic red steps.

I was tasked to design the signage for the screens on top of American Eagle outfitters and the posters around Times Square for this event. I updated the signage with words that represent love and wedding ceremonies using handlettering and typography together.

Jeffrey's Grocery: Menus

While working at Happy Cooking Hospitality, I had the pleasure of updating the look and feel of the menus at Jeffrey's Grocery, a restaurant in West Village focused on seafood and American fare.

The goal was to make the design as friendly as the atmosphere of the restaurant. All menu headers were hand-lettered and vectorized. Some of the menus included illustrations like the ones shown. The seashell illustrations were created by another illustrator and used as the cover.
